It's wonderful that you wish to have your child baptized! We do baptisms for active members of our parish. To have your child baptized at Holy Spirit, see the pastor after any Mass to make arrangments.  
Arrangements need to be made well in advance.

For registered, practicing parishioners, arrangements must be made with the pastor 6 months or more in advance in order to be prepared. Marriage preparation classes (8 hours) are a requirement of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
